Booking Procedure

You’ll need to supply your credit card details (Account number, Expiry Date, Security  Code) in order to guarantee the booking.

Payment

Payment will be made in full on the same day the booking is made. Key loss and/or damages to the property will be charged on your credit card.  

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00 am. 
For arrivals outside of check-in hours, alternative arrangements can be made. The apartments are unmanned and will require that you contact the property 24 hours in advance to arrange pick-up of the keys.

The Arinza Apartments accept the following card types: 
Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel by 12 o’clock one day prior to arrival no charges will be made. Cancellations after this time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night ' s accommodation and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled. For group bookings of over 2 apartments cancellation policy is 1 week prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night ' s accommodation and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled.

Rates

Rates include VAT (tax) and weekly housekeeper service, linen & towel service, water charges, council tax & TV license.

Terms and Conditions

Apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Please be considerate of other residents (noise)
Sorry no pets permitted. Guide dogs only Key loss and damages to the property will be charged on your credit card. Designated Parking Place(s) (use only designated parking space provided). The Arinza Apartments are non smoking.
